Meet Bill Miller

Bill Miller is a Certified Personal Trainer & Certified Sports Nutritionist.  A veteran Personal Trainer, Bill trained clients at a local fitness center for the last 14 years. He now trains exclusively at THE FIRM FITNESS CENTER in Rehoboth Beach.

“The facility’s location is a plus for Rehoboth Beach residents, along with the summer and seasonal visitors, as well. Many people enjoy a walk up the Avenue in preparation of their workout or as part of their routine. Others enjoy biking to the gym, where I can provide them with the best personal training available… in-town.”

Miller is a certified personal trainer and sports nutritionist, who doesn’t believe in diets, but believes that changes in one’s lifestyle, including proper eating habits, cardiovascular and weight training will not only help you lose those extra pounds, “but will help tone and firm or gain muscle and will also aid in relieve the daily stresses of life.”

Bill has compiled a users’ guide for Surviving Holiday Weight Gain, designed to provide simple facts on how to make yours a healthier (and happier) holiday. The Guide to Surviving Holiday Weight Gain emphasizes common sense suggestions for party guests trying to maintain their current weight, as well as healthy holiday menu options for hosts including recipes with simple ingredients for lower-calorie treats and low-fat eggnog, too.
